I found this with Souvenir, by Therese Fowler.
Okay. Anybody who knows me knows I love my angst. But it has to be good angst. I don't like hair-tearing and breast-beating and gnashing of teeth. I want the stories that make me say, "Guh!" as I'm reading.
I found this with Souvenir, by Therese Fowler. Add Comment So what do I do when I'm not writing, or avoiding writing? Reading. And I figured hey, why not start sharing when I find a book that makes me purr? I am a nit-picky reader. Not to the extent that I flip out if a story doesn't go the way I want it to, but more so that there's a huge difference between a book I like, and a book I LOVE. The criteria varies, so there's no point trying to explain the complicated mess that happens in my brain. Instead, when I have a *squee* moment over a book, I'll start sharing the *squee*. How's that sound? Good? Good.
