Seems like I don't have much time this month for the blogging ritual. Lots going on, so little time to share.
4 Comments I've had a day. My internet went belly up. Normally, this would annoy me, yes, but today, it nearly drove me over the edge....
An Interview With Michele Villery, Author of By Sunset/ Book I of the Dragon Races Trilogy11/16/2010 ![]() Today, I am happy to introduce you to another member of the Lazy Day Publishing family, Michele Villery, writing as Ty Langston. After reading the interview, be sure to check out her blog, Shell's Musings at http://shellmusings.blogspot.com. And away we go! Welcome Michele to The Dirt Blog! ![]() Not very long ago, I introduced you to one of the lovely Lazy Day Publishing authors, Liz Borino. I am thrilled to be able to share a bit about more of the Lazy Day Founding authors, starting tonight with Thomas Drinkard, author of Piety and Murder, debuting December 1st, 2010. Please welcome Thomas to The Dirt, and don't forget to check out his own blog at https://brinson1.wordpress.com/ And now, on to our interview with Thomas.... Latest Lazy Day Authors #LDchat log is available below. Normally, I would leave the flow alone in the chat as I gather the transcript, but this time, since we were introducing the main characters of our novels, something that required more than one tweet for most of us, I altered only to keep each introduction complete without interruption.
Organized a Twitter chat on Wednesday featuring the founding authors of Lazy Day Publishing. Great success! It was incredibly fun getting to know one another and beginning the process of getting our names out there. If you're on Twitter, save the #LDchat hashtag and plan on joining in, we'll be back again soon with another chat session! Inaugural #LDchat log is available below:
Did some brainstorming about how to introduce the world to the awesome Lazy Day authors, and came up with this little nugget.
So I decided to be weird and try to drum up a Halloween story. Hilarious, considering this isn't the stuff I normally write. So forgive me if I seem to be making odd magical assumptions, okay? Suspend reality and give it a whirl, see if you like. There's a little romance, a little magic and a little ... oh, just go see. Read the story HERE If you're feeling generous after you've read the story, follow the link back to this blog to leave a comment! I have arrived in Myrtle Beach for the South Carolina Writer's Workshop. I should probably be downstairs searching out the registration desk, but I decided I need pizza more right now. Wanna see the view?
In exchange for the fantastic interview with Liz Borino, author of Expectations in my previous post, good old Drew agreed to sit down with Liz and let her pick his brain for a big. Go check it out, I think the boy done good! Interview with Drew | |||
